00:24Most you can only fold it up to here. You can't go any further. There were problems in the series where the car washes tore the parts off so they put a tab in here that you can't use to make it any higher. That's why you can only lift it up like this. Then you take a screwdriver here and insert it up here. And then you slowly pry it out. It's just hanging on the small tab. That's it.
