Over the decades, exercise balls have embarrassed as many people as they’ve helped, and this video captures a comical example.

"The kid was telling me a story when he fell while jumping on the ball," the filmer, Shauna, told WooGlobe.

This wasn’t just a minor slip that could be brushed off... the lad face-planted right onto the floor, turning the mishap into a hilarious moment.
