00:39ever thought it would do because I felt so awful that I was succumbed succumbed to this sort of

00:46thing and yeah it just has not been nice anyway I'm feeling a lot better so I'm now moving on I've

00:54got sort of used to it now and but I tell you what everybody out there you've got to be so careful
