This is the tear-jerking moment a mom gave her son the birthday gift he had been dreaming of for years.
Julianne Fruscio, 37, from Chicopee, USA, wanted to make her son’s eight birthday truly unforgettable.
For as long as she could remember, he had been asking for a Nintendo Switch, hoping one day his wish would come true.
A few days before his big day, Julianne decided the time was right and surprised him with the long-awaited console.
The video shows the boy’s face light up in shock as he opens the box, before the overwhelming emotions bring him to tears.
He quickly breaks down crying, then rushes into his mother’s arms as the two share a tight embrace.
The touching moment quickly melted hearts online.
Julianne said: "It’s my son’s 8th birthday and he’s been asking for a Nintendo Switch for years now.
"I decided to give him the ultimate gift this year and surprised him a couple days before his birthday with it.
"His reaction is what life is all about."
