00:00Seventy percent of his buckets are dunked.
00:04Here's Wembe.
00:06Step back long, two is good for Victor Wembe-Nyama.
00:10Great play by Derek Leiby II just to keep that alive.
00:13He can't grab it, keep it alive.
00:15Davis on the attack, altered by Wembe-Nyama.
00:19Spurs jump in front, 9-8.
00:21First quarter action, Davis the deep catch.
00:24Wembe-Nyama there for the block.
00:26Crowd wanted a goaltend, did not get it.
00:29Full-court zone pressure from Dallas, got to slow the advancement.
00:34Oh my, the Tomahawk, gonna like highlights like this all season.
00:40Smart move to get out of the way.
00:43He's over seven feet tall, he looks like he's 6'2".
00:47Wembe the catch and the finish.
00:54Gives it up and then gets it back, it wasn't the best pass.
00:58Wembe three to shoot.
01:03Wembe-Nyama fading and hitting.
01:06How do you stop it?
01:08Can't hit the leaner.
01:10So yes, Powell thrust into action.
01:12Wembe-Nyama!
01:14Oh my!
01:15The cosmic grace!
01:19Nobody picked up Stephon Castle.
01:21And he had an easy pass and he can throw it as high as he wants.
01:27Davis couldn't finish it.
01:30Back in, off the bench in this second.
01:32Here's Wembe-Nyama after that ridiculous reverse.
01:35Yeah, why not?
01:36Just bank it in softly.
01:38The number two overall pick gets it into Wembe-Nyama, guarded by Washington.
01:42And the foul.
01:46A figment of our basketball imaginations.
01:50Like, P.J. Washington is an excellent defender, but you want him to take that shot as opposed
01:56to that shot.
02:04Wembe-Nyama, working Davis, spinning, taking, hitting!
02:08Pussed the foul!
02:10Decided to roll the dice.
02:16And Wembe won.
02:17Just the moves of a point guard in a 7-5 body.
02:23Getting underneath him.
02:25Flagg with some haste.
02:26Surges and gets denied by Wembe-Nyama.
02:30Rively then nearly took it away from Wembe.
02:33Instead, it's Vassell going up high to throw that down from Castle.
02:39Lively denied emphatically by Wembe-Nyama.
02:45It's like playing against your dad in the driveway when you're eight years old.
02:48What do you do?
02:49Wembe, three!
02:51Yupik!
02:53Pussed the foul!
02:56Makes the incredible block.
02:58Crossover through the legs behind the back and knocks down a three and picks up the foul.
03:03I mean, come on!
03:04Let's go, Helo!
03:06Wembe-Nyama takes the three.
03:08Dazzles, spins, fades.
03:12Why not?
03:14Fifth career 30-point game.
03:18Good luck.
03:18Wembe-Nyama sat for the back half of that third quarter after his dazzling start to it.
03:27Picked up his fourth foul and was on the bench.
03:29Here's Wembe.
03:30Wow.
03:32Just perpetual.
03:34But the initial penetration off this Ricky.
03:40Anthony Davis goes and tries to stop the penetration and Wembe-Nyama just trailed behind him and Harper found him.
03:47Can't hit.
03:48Wembe-Nyama is 13th rebound.
03:53Wembe shakes, takes, and slams!
03:58It's absurd!
03:59He's got shake to his game.
04:04This is with the left hand and just gets a little bit of an angle.
04:09You think you're angling him out toward the corner and still he's able to go up over the top like him.
04:15Wembe gets to Kassel, Kassel, over to the cell, lobbing it up and Wembe-Nyama completes the execution of a beautiful set.
04:25Fifth career 40-point game.
04:29Wembe spinning, elevating, you bet!
04:34A 40-point opener!
04:36You mentioned your summer and you did so many things.
04:40Your coach talked about how intentional those things are to help you with basketball and life,
04:44whether it was working out with Hakeem, going to NASA, working out with the Shaolin Monks.
04:49What was the inspiration for that summer?
04:51So going to NASA, I don't think it helped me for anything basketball-wise, but it was a dream, so I liked it.
04:56But, you know, it all helped me.
04:59I think the main thing, my summer revolved around my physical development and my trip to China.
05:03That's what it was about.
05:05And Hakeem, you know, in terms of scoring, doesn't really get much better, so it can only be beneficial.
05:12Your teammate is the reigning rookie of the year, Stephon Castle, 22-7-6 tonight.
05:17What can you say about his development and chemistry with you?
05:20Oh, we talked about Purposeful before, you know, like, he's just incredible.
05:26His ability to get downhill, this and when we get Fox back as well.
05:31It's, you know, he can make plays that.
05:32I don't see anybody else do that.
05:34You know, those dunks, it's crazy powerful.
05:36Victor, congratulations and thank you.
05:38Thank you.
05:39Guys, back to you.
