Dalawang senador ang kasama sa anim ang inirekomendang kasuhan ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure
dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa maanomalyang flood control projects.
Anim na kaso naman kaugnay ng mga proyekto kontra baha sa Oriental Mindoro at Bulacan ang target ng Ombudsman na maiakyat sa Sandiganbayan bago matapos ang Nobyembre.
