00:00For me, Morpheus is, uh, you know, just, like, story-wise, he's the dark mentor and the light mentor combined.
00:12Because usually, you know, like, Star Wars, right?
00:16So, Vader is the dark mentor, Obi-Wan is the light mentor.
00:21What's great about Morpheus for me is he's both.
00:24And it was just a matter of, like, understanding that, you know, he's the dark mentor, he's Morpheus in the Matrix.
00:34But in the real world, he's the light mentor.
00:38So, for me, it was just, like, I took a little bit of Rod Serling, I took a little bit of Leonard Nimoy, I took a little bit of James Earl Jones.
00:46And my mentor, my real mentor, Roscoe Lee Brown, kind of wrapped it all up in there and came up with a sound that I thought was, you know, right for him.
