00:00Today on Media Miss Minute, former Attorney General Merrick Garland accused of granting
00:04unchecked power to investigators, probing efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
00:10And after six terms in office, a majority of Israelis now say
00:14Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's reign should come to an end.
00:20I'm Craig DeGrelli. Welcome to Media Miss Minute, where we break down two stories
00:25largely overlooked by partisan media outlets.
00:28Starting today with a story being missed by the left, former Attorney General Merrick Garland
00:33is accused of misusing his authority during the investigation into Republican efforts
00:37to overturn the 2020 election. Republican Senator Chuck Grassley posted a memo approved by Garland
00:44on X, accusing the Biden administration of unleashing, quote, unchecked government power
00:50at the highest levels. Grassley compared the probe, codenamed Operation Arctic Frost,
00:55to a scandal worse than the Watergate scandal.
00:59Now to a story being missed by the right. New polls show most Israelis believe Prime Minister
01:04Benjamin Netanyahu should not run again. He has served six terms over nearly three decades
01:10and is now facing accusations of prolonging the Israel-Hamas war to stay in power. Recent surveys
01:17show Netanyahu's support has fallen below one-third of the Israeli public with growing calls for early
01:23elections. For more stories missed or minimized by partisan media, download the Straight Arrow
