00:07Helena Bonham Carter.
00:08This is a high-end affair.
00:10Where were all these people?
00:11They're all in one page six item,
00:14and they were at the Frieze Art Fair in London.
00:16Yes, which happened.
00:17It's that time again.
00:18It's art fair time.
00:19It is art fair time.
00:21Frieze was in London this weekend,
00:23and it brought out all of the megawatt star power.
00:26Madonna was spotted.
00:27Madonna, how could I forget Madonna?
00:29Madonna was walking around with a gallerist
00:33and checking out the stuff.
00:34A source told me that she was talking
00:36to all the different gallery owners,
00:37and she seemed really knowledgeable about art.
00:40Now, if you're not a fan of the contemporary art scene,
00:44maybe you will be after watching this,
00:46Frieze is a London contemporary art fair.
00:50It also has another section called Frieze Masters
00:53if you're into older stuff,
00:55where Leonardo DiCaprio was apparently looking at some pieces.
00:58And it has spawned, it has a New York version
01:03and an L.A. version, and it's actually now owned
01:06by Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel.
01:09Yes.
01:09So it helps get a lot of stars.
01:11Was there a lot of art, were a lot of sales
01:13being racked up at this opening VIP day?
01:15So yeah, there was a $6 million Basquiat and Andy Warhol picture sold,
01:21and then there were some $1 million sales.
01:24It was Rene Magritte, Marcel Duchamp, and some other big ones.
01:29So it was like a good day for art sales, yeah.
01:33Now, of course, this being page six, we don't want to make this too dry.
01:36There was also some gossip going on at the art fair.
01:40I noticed that Lily Allen was there,
01:43and that was right on the heels of an interview she did,
01:47a cover story with a magazine, I think called Perfect,
01:50where she was talking about how hard it is to be back in the dating world
01:54after her split from Stranger Things star David Harbour.
01:58Yes.
01:58So she was at the VIP Center, but she was spotted talking to Jack Guinness,
02:03who is the founder of something called the Queer Bible.
02:06So I don't think that that was a love match.
02:09They were palling around.
02:10I think they're friends.
02:11Yeah, they're buddies.
02:13But she did look happy.
02:14She looked in good spirits after telling this magazine basically that,
02:18you know, how sort of disastrous it was going back into the dating world,
02:23and she felt that it was kind of a defeat and demoralizing.
02:27But she seemed to be rebounding pretty well.
02:29Yeah, she's out and about.
02:31She's out and about.
02:32She also moved back to London.
02:34She had been living in New York with David Harbour.
02:37They split after four and a half years together,
02:40and she's back in London finding her.
02:44I don't know if it was their L.A. house or their New York house,
02:46but there is an Architectural Digest video of their place,
02:50and I highly recommend watching it because it's like there's a lot of pink.
02:54It's great.
02:55Oh, that's amazing.
02:56It's a really interesting home.
02:57Maybe she was looking for some pink art.
03:00So now Leo, he is an avid art collector.
03:03He's at all the fairs.
03:04He's at all the fairs.
03:05He usually shows up in a ball cap and a mask.
03:08Which he did.
03:08And what was he up to at Freeze?
03:10So we hear that he was spotted walking around with Vittoria Sretti,
03:14his girlfriend, but also with her whole family,
03:16which was kind of like a cute thing, especially for him.
03:20He's usually like partying at the nightclubs or whatever.
03:23So he got some family time.
03:25He was also seen.
03:26He has a very good friend named Hallie Ahmad, who was also a gallery owner who was also pardoned by Trump.
03:31He was part of the big poker poker ring that that movie Molly's game is about.
03:37Yeah.
03:37And he was talking to they have an exhibit now.
03:40So he was talking to the artist.
03:42And it's funny because you kind of I don't know what Leo would be talking about,
03:46but I wouldn't think it would be Renaissance art.
03:48And apparently he has a very good grasp of it.
03:50And they were discussing the piece, the flagellation of Christ.
03:54Heavy.
03:55All right.
03:55So now you mentioned there are a whole bunch of other celebrities there.
03:58Rachel Weiss was there.
04:00Yes, love her.
04:01Rachel Weiss, Emma Thompson, that I mean giant British actress.
04:04Yeah.
04:06You had Princess Eugenie, who is very big in the art world.
04:10Yeah.
04:11She worked at a gallery when she lived in New York.
04:13Yeah.
04:13I think at Hauser and Worth.
04:15There was also a lot of fashion names.
04:17You had Rick Owens, Raph Simons, the new Balenciaga guy whose name I can't pronounce.
04:23Oh, yeah.
04:23Yeah.
04:24Yeah.
04:24Pier Paolo Piccolo.
04:25Yeah.
04:26Yeah.
04:26Piccolo.
04:27Yeah, that might be right.
04:29So yeah, it was like a big turnout.
04:32And like you said, it's probably because Ari Emanuel is now involved.
04:36It's just the start of art fair season.
04:39So maybe if you're new to the art world, I don't know.
04:42You know, you don't need to you can you can read art news and those things,
04:45but you can also stick with page six and find out what celebrities are doing.
04:48Art Basel coming up in Miami Beach in December.
04:52There he is.
04:53Let's go see.
04:54Let's go see.
