00:20the former Spice Girl admitted that she didn't feel fulfilled by her new life.

00:25I had Brooklyn, I moved to Manchester,

00:27which is where David was living and playing for Manchester United.

00:30He's a big star, Victoria 51 recalled.

00:34It was quite the transition for me because I was so happy to be with David Beckham, have a baby,

00:39I felt so blessed, but I felt a bit lost as well.

00:44The change in pace to a new, quieter life was difficult for the fashion designer.

00:49Going from being in the band, traveling the world, being on stage with your best friends

00:54to all of a sudden being in a flat, in Manchester, on your own, with a baby, she continued.

01:00After nearly a decade of touring and topping Billboard charts, the Spice Girls broke up in December 2000.

01:06Victoria and her then 20-month-old son, Brooklyn, joined David in Manchester.

01:11The couple welcomed their second son, Romeo, in September 2002.

01:14I felt ashamed to admit that I didn't feel entirely fulfilled, she told host Alex Cooper.
