00:00Microsoft teams up with Anthropic AI for 365 Co-Pilot.
00:05Microsoft is shaking up its AI playbook again, this time by inviting Anthropic's Claude
00:09Sonnet 4 and Claude Opus 4.1 to join the party inside Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot.
00:16Until now, Microsoft's workplace AI assistant has been almost exclusively powered by OpenAI's
00:22models, but starting today, customers can tap Anthropic's models for tasks in Researcher
00:27and Co-Pilot Studio.
00:29Think of it as Microsoft's version of a buffet.
00:31OpenAI's GPTs are still on the menu, but now you can try a Claude-flavored dish if you're
00:35feeling adventurous.
00:37Co-Pilot will continue to be powered by OpenAI's latest models, says Charles LaManna, who runs
00:42Microsoft's business Co-Pilot team.
00:45But now, customers can mix and match Anthropic models, too.
00:49If you're building custom AI agents or running deep research, you can toggle between OpenAI's
00:54reasoning chops and Claude's own brand of brainpower with a single click.
00:58One researcher, a shiny new Try Claude button lets you swap to Claude Opus 4.1 on the fly,
01:05while Co-Pilot Studio Builders can orchestrate tasks that combine models from Anthropic, OpenAI,
01:11and others in Azure's growing catalog.
01:13The rollout starts today for Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot customers in the Frontier program, with Co-Pilot
01:20Studio users able to opt in as well.
01:23And yes, it's a little ironic that while Microsoft is cozying up to Anthropic, the Claude models
01:28themselves are still hosted on Amazon Web Services, aka Microsoft's arch-rival in cloud computing.
01:35For now, Microsoft is accessing Claude through the Anthropic API, but don't be surprised if
01:40an Azure hosting deal appears down the road.
01:42This move comes just a week after Microsoft quietly leaned on Anthropic for Visual Studio
01:47code, where Github Co-Pilot now often defaults to Claude Sonnet, 4 for coding tasks.
01:53Rumor has it Excel and PowerPoint are next in line, thanks to Claude reportedly outperforming
01:58OpenAI's models and testing.
02:00Microsoft's message is clear, the more AI brains, the better.
02:12Indonesia one of these methods is breaching and recording of Microsoft ties the previously
02:27idea of controlling blue glasses, but not be 보Go-Con Game.
02:32Ok, thanks for tuning in.
02:34Facebook needs to power with Microsoft language.
