00:00Will there be a season 2 of Wayward on Netflix? Even the cast wants more.
00:05We're still thinking about that Wayward ending on Netflix and just how much we want to see new episodes.
00:11And considering the show is still in Netflix's top 10 list, we're not the only ones.
00:15Well, one star just opened up about how the cast is feeling about a potential Wayward season 2,
00:20and we're crossing our fingers that we could be seeing new episodes soon.
00:24Netflix hasn't confirmed Wayward season 2, but the cast is eager to continue.
00:29Olivia Allen-Lynn told The Hollywood Reporter that knowing it was a limited series made them sadder as the season went on,
00:35especially as the cast grew closer.
00:38Creator and star Mae Martin told TV Insider that while Wayward was meant as a mini-series, there's more story to tell.
00:45We left all those characters in crisis.
00:48I want to see where Layla goes, she said, hoping Netflix continues the series.
00:52If we did get to see new episodes of the series,
00:55Wayward season 2 would definitely need to tell us what happened after Abby escaped Tall Pines,
01:00Alex stayed behind, and Rory surrendered to the town.
01:03And hopefully they'd tell us sooner rather than later.
