00:09Jennifer Aniston has an incredibly toned and sculpted physique that would put most people
00:14more than half her age to shame.
00:16While the morning show actress, 56, makes no secret of the fact that she works hard
00:22for her enviable figure, she also doesn't shy away from confessing that her diet and
00:26workout routine may not be as strict as some people believe.
00:31When it comes to diet, the murder mystery 2 star reportedly sticks to the 80-20 rule,
00:36which helps her maintain balance in her life.
00:39She previously told Allure that there are no restrictions in her life, except hard drugs.
00:45She went on, you've got to live your life, 80% healthy living and then 20% is, go have
00:51a martini, go have your pizza and burgers, and stay up late with your friends.
00:56There's a balance.
00:58Her trainer, Danny Coleman, VP of training at Valve, recently told the New York Post that
01:04she's in awe of the star's core strength and consistency.
01:08The friends star has raved about her love of Valve in the past, previously telling people,
01:15In all the workouts I've tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any
01:20of the others.
01:22And it's a really enjoyable workout that I don't feel intimidated by, that I don't dread.
01:28According to Coleman, their sessions usually run 40 minutes to an hour, three times a week,
01:32depending on Aniston's schedule.
01:35The most beautiful thing about our sessions is we tap into a little bit of everything.
01:40Coleman explained, confirming that they do a mix of cardio, mobility work, stability training,
01:46and heavy weights to build lean muscle mass.
01:49If you lose muscle, your bones get brittle, osteoporosis.
01:53We fall down, we break a hip, and that's a wrap.
