00:13which she maintains through dedicated workouts and mindful eating.
00:17While she works hard for her figure,
00:20she admits her diet and fitness routine aren't as strict as many assume.
00:24When it comes to diet, the murder mystery,
00:27two-star reportedly sticks to the 80-20 rule.
00:31That means 80% clean, nutrient-dense food,
00:35lean protein, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains,
00:38and 20% indulgences.
00:40She previously told Allure that there are no restrictions in her life,
00:45except hard drugs.

00:52Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers,
00:55and stay up late with your friends.

00:59Her trainer, Dani Coleman, VP of training at P-Volv,
01:03recently told the New York Post that she's in awe of the star's core strength and consistency.
01:10I'm consistently impressed with her workout standard, Coleman shared.
01:13The Friends alum has raved about her love of P-Volv previously telling people,
01:19In all the workouts I've tried over the years,
01:22this one has transformed my body more than any of the others.
01:26And it's a really enjoyable workout that I don't feel intimidated by,
01:30that I don't dread.
01:31According to Coleman,
01:33their sessions usually run 40 minutes to an hour, three times a week.
01:36The most beautiful thing about our sessions is we tap into a little bit of everything,
01:41Coleman explained,
01:43confirming that they do a mix of cardio, mobility work, stability training,
01:47and heavy weights to build lean muscle mass.
01:50Strength training is the most important thing for women in their 50s, she said.
01:55If you lose muscle, your bones get brittle.
