Sweden just signed a groundbreaking agreement that could send up to 150 advanced Gripen-E fighter jets to Ukraine. This is the first major NATO-backed offer of its kind, and it could completely transform Ukraine’s air power. The Gripen-E is packed with cutting-edge features — from AI systems to road-launch capabilities — making it ideal for Ukraine's tough battlefield conditions.

President Zelensky calls this a “game changer,” and with pilots already trained on earlier models, Ukraine could begin deploying these jets as early as next year. If the full deal goes through, Ukraine would become the largest operator of Gripen-E jets in the world.

This isn’t just a defense upgrade — it’s a powerful symbol of NATO unity and a shift in European security.
