The idea is to grow nice house plants from cooking leftovers. Instead of growing it just to eventually eat it, you grow them to have green decorations for your home. For example, you won’t grow an avocado plant to eventually have a tree, but once it gets a couple of leaves you put it in a stylish flower pot and — ta-da! Your home looks ten times cooler!
