00:00I mean, today is anybody's guess in terms of how this is going to go.
00:03As we know, President Trump operates, you know, on his own volition.
00:07And this meeting was actually supposed to take place last week.
00:10It got canceled. It got rescheduled right away.
00:13So it's really, really up in the air in terms of whether the president just wants to bring in Democrats
00:19to tell them that, you know, that they're not going to get what they want
00:23or there's going to be a real deal made.
00:25So we're going to have to see here.
00:26But, you know, I wouldn't bet on anything here.
00:30Some of the immediate impacts, Mika, because we're about to get a week of data.
00:33We have jobs data. Jobless claims comes out on Thursday before that.
00:36What can we expect to get and not get if there's a government shutdown?
00:41Yeah, I mean, I think that one thing to look at is that the timeline is going to be really unpredictable
00:46in terms of how long a potential shutdown could be.
00:49And we're going to see a lot of impact when it comes to the federal workforce.
00:52I know that the administration is already making plans to lay off even more workers
00:56if a shutdown does happen.
00:58And we're going to see that really trickle down to, you know,
01:01some of the workers when it comes to travel plans and TSA and things like that.
01:05So these are things to watch for.
