00:00As we started coming down the ramp, the woman was probably up to about her chest waist already

00:05in the water. From up here, we were looking out, we couldn't see what was going on. But once we

00:09went down the boat ramp, at that point, Paul's a retired police officer or two. He gave me his

00:14things to hold on to, and then he ran out into the water. Eventually, coming up from behind the

00:19woman, he was able to grab, by then, it was up to their neck in the water, both her and the baby

00:23that she was holding. He grabbed them both, and then he pulled them out of the water.

00:29I called 911 in the meantime while this was all going on. Eventually, we managed to get

00:33her almost to the shore. That's when the police, the firemen, everybody else arrived. We got

00:37her out of the water.
