00:32Washington, D.C. police arrested a man found with more than 200 homemade explosive devices,
00:38including bottle rockets, Molotov cocktails, and material for IEDs.
00:43He was camped out in a tent outside the National Cathedral.
00:46Police took him into custody Sunday morning just hours before several Supreme Court justices
00:51were expected for Catholic mass.
00:54Authorities say the justices canceled their visit because of the threat.
