00:00All right, there's zero quarterback competition going down in Nashville.

00:04Cam Ward's season officially begins at the start of training camp.

00:08Will Levis has to undergo the knife and is going to miss the entire upcoming season.

00:12So the Titans announced on Monday that Levis will undergo season-ending surgery July 29th

00:18on his right shoulder due to an injury that he sustained last season

00:22that has reportedly led to continued discomfort.

00:25The injury happened on September 30th against the Dolphins in the Titans' week four win last season

00:31when he dove for a first down.

00:33He left the game with an AC joint injury.

00:35He probably wasn't going to be the starter over number one overall pick Cam Ward,

00:42but GM Mike Borgonzi did say earlier in the offseason that the plan was to have competition in the room.

00:49Now reports say Cam had a very impressive spring and shined in practices

00:54In the three mini-camp practices, he went a combined 42 of 58 in 7-on-7 and team drills combined.

01:01He also completed 21 consecutive passes at one point over a two-day stretch.

01:07There's a reason why this kid was the number one pick in the draft and the top quarterback in this class.

01:12The Titans went 3-14 last season, but I honestly think they're going to have the biggest increase of wins

01:19because of Cam Ward.
