00:00and because you guys are page six i'll say one thing there were a couple seasons of what not to
00:03wear where the work environment was toxic like i will just say that like and i think that we were
00:09young and new to the business and we were like we just took it we took a lot of toxicity and
00:16we're at the point now it's like nope i'm not you know i would not stand up for half of the stuff
00:21that we got treated with um back in the day when did that start to click for you that this wasn't
00:26okay so at the end of season six right do you remember on my dressing room wall i had the
00:31countdown yeah how many episodes i had left until my contract was over and i was out i was 100 out
00:38and then a new president came in of tlc and her name was eileen o'neill and she said what's what's up and
00:44i was like i don't like this i don't like where i'm treated here i can't do and she came in and
00:48she changed everything and it made it so much better and i was like all right i can do this
00:53if i'm going to be treated like a human being my breaking point was actually really between
00:57nine and ten seasons nine and ten i was really sick and i didn't know it so i was like swelling
01:05up and i would be able to fit in a shoe one day and the next day i wouldn't be able to fit in a
01:09shoe i would go try to run on the treadmill and my achilles heels would hurt so much i was like oh i
01:14gained so much weight i can't even i can't even balance on my feet and she was like we need you for
01:21season 10. you've got to do 26 episodes i was like i'll do 13.
