00:00Hi, I'm Sam Sears. I'm a paramedic from the UK. I'm here in Amawasi at the UK Med Field Hospital.
00:08We have here emergency departments, surgery, inpatient departments, as well as maternal health.
00:16At the moment, the whole country is really struggling with what's going on with the attacks at GHF sites.
00:26We're seeing lots of gunshot injuries, shrapnel injuries, but now we're getting really concerned with malnutrition,
00:34with the lack of food and water that's available to the public.
00:39We're also seeing that as a national staff struggling with what we can eat, and we have some ration packs if we need them,
00:46which we're potentially looking forward in the future to having to use.
00:50The biggest, one of the main issues is the lack of fuel that we seem to be having here.
00:57We've got enough here at UK Med Hospital to last, to probably keep open the hospital for another 27 days or so.
