ITCZ, shear line to bring rains to parts of the Philippines on October 25 — PAGASA

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and a shear line are bringing cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms to large parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Saturday, October 25.
