00:54The graff cases stem from the allegation that Enrile and other accused allegedly accumulated ill-gotten wealth amounting to P172,834,500 by allegedly coordinating with Janet Lim Napoles.
01:09Apart from Enrile, the court also acquits Napoles, Enrile's former assistant Gigi Reyes, as well as several other individuals.
01:16Some of the accused, although acquitted in the criminal cases, were found civilly liable.

01:38The International Criminal Court upholds its jurisdiction over the case of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, clearing another hurdle to the delayed pre-trial.
01:50In a unanimous vote, the pre-trial chamber finds that,
01:53The court can exercise jurisdiction in the present case over the crimes alleged against Mr. Duterte that were committed on the territory of the Philippines while it was a state party.
02:04The issue on jurisdiction was Duterte's biggest defense move because if he were successful, the entire case would have been junked.
02:12Duterte withdrew the Philippines from the ICC, which became effective in 2019.
02:17However, the investigation was opened only in September 2021.
02:21Dissenting judges say this two-year wait removed jurisdiction from the ICC.
02:26But according to Article 127 of the Rome Statute, a country's withdrawal shall not affect proceedings that were already started.
02:34The ICC is currently in the process of having independent neuropsych experts examine Duterte to determine if he is fit or unfit for trial.

03:23Torre then invites everyone to the fun run against bullies he's organizing in November.
03:28When asked about his plans to run for public office in 2028, Torre jests.

04:22Avan Senna, who attended the movie's post-screening discussion,
04:51goes on to accuse the filmmakers of prioritizing fame and profit over historical integrity.

05:03it is grounded in verified historical accounts, including President Quezon's own autobiography and other reputable sources.
05:10Quezon stars Jericho Rosales as the late president and is directed by Gerald Tarog,
