00:39He is forcing federal law enforcement agencies to do his bidding, all because I did my job
00:47as the New York State Attorney General.
00:50These charges are baseless, and the President's own public statements make clear that his only
00:56goal is political retribution at any cost.
01:01The President's actions are a grave violation of our Constitutional order and have drawn sharp
01:06criticism from members of both parties.
01:11His decision to fire a United States Attorney who refused to bring charges against me and
01:17replace them with someone who is blindly loyal not to the law, but to the President, is antithetical
01:24to the bedrock principles of our country.
01:29This is the time for leaders on both sides of the aisle to speak out against this blatant
01:35perversion of our system of justice.
01:40I stand strongly behind my office's litigation against the Trump Organization.
01:46We conducted a two-year investigation based on the facts and evidence, not politics.
01:56Judges have upheld the trial court's finding that Donald Trump, his company, and his two
02:03sons are liable for fraud.
02:07I'm a proud woman of faith.
02:09And I know that faith and fear cannot share the same space.
02:14And so today, I'm not fearful.

02:19And as my faith teaches me, no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
02:26We will fight these baseless charges aggressively.

02:39Whenever the President issues an executive order, in fact, we've filed over 40 cases in
02:54response to illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional executive orders, including FEMA, that we need
03:03now in response to that building in the Bronx collapsing.
03:06The reality is, is that none of his behavior, which can best be described as performative,
03:16will change what's happening in the courtroom.
03:18The courtroom, as you know, where we have submitted evidence, and the evidence is clear.
03:25And that is he inflated his statements of financial interests to enrich himself and his family.
03:32And nothing will change that, not the attacks on me or anyone.
03:36At the end of the day, we are here to seek justice, and we will seek justice.
03:41And so I look forward to seeing Mr. Trump again.
03:46I understand that he will be returning next week for Michael Cohen, but we are here to enforce
03:53the law, and nothing will change that.
