00:00Well, I'm encouraged by the Liberal Democrats' great performance in council by-elections.

00:04Last week, we won seven out of the ten council by-elections.

00:07Nigel Farage has said he was going to have a great day.

00:10Well, he didn't. It was the Liberal Democrats who beat reform and had the great day last week.

00:13And this week, just last night, on the same day as the Kefili by-elections,

00:17we won four out of the seven council by-elections seats, again, beating reform.

00:22So people, week after week, underestimate the Liberal Democrats,

00:26and they can keep on doing that, because we keep winning.
