00:00From now on, from today's fourth match,
00:05The level up trial,
00:07In 15 minutes,
00:09I will win a victory!
00:13Back-to-back level up trial match.
00:16This seems bound to be a very interesting one as well.
00:20Uta Takami vs Shoko Nakajima.
00:30This is quite hard not to clap along to Uta's entrance.
00:57I'm sure she's got a lot invested in this match,
00:59But doesn't look nervous at all.
01:22Entering next, your MLW Women's World Featherweight Champion.
01:27Shoko Nakajima!
01:29Shoko Nakajima!
01:31Rockorum rising!
01:34Shoko Nakajima!
01:37However, it is now called Islam-
01:40He will beuna reserve championship champion,
01:42Risa Shira, although she did Tripped and Fall just earlier, she sounds like quite a badass
02:00when she does her ring announcements.
02:05I was worried the first time I met her, she was so quiet and so sweet.
02:08Like, is her voice really going to be loud enough to announce?
02:10But it's definitely making waves.
02:14Yes, definitely holding her own as a ring announcer.
02:21Now, Uta Takami facing one of the best in Joshi right now.
02:26Now, unfortunately, we saw Haruneneko graduate last week.
02:42And that makes Uta the second shortest roster member at 150 after Shoko Nakajima, of course, at 1.47 meters.
02:53These are the two smallest wrestlers in Tokyo Joshi right now.
02:58Smallest but not weakest.
03:00Definitely not.
03:00Trust me, I know that from last week.
03:02Like I said, one of the best in Joshi right now, Shoko Nakajima.
03:08And just a ball of energy.
03:10I'm sure the level of consumption of ice cream has a lot to do with Uta's level of energy.
03:27But it just always surprises me how much energy she has.
03:31She's an absolute jumping bean.
03:33There's been times where we've shown up for shows before the sun's even out.
03:38And she's just standing there smiling, jumping up and down.
03:41She's always running when I see her in the bag.
03:43Yeah.
03:44Oh.
03:48Skillful escape from Shoko Nakajima.
03:52I would say technically on the roster, there is no one more technically skilled or trained than Nakajima.
04:00Definitely.
04:01I mean, in the past, I've seen her, you know, transition through different phases.
04:07She used to be a wrestler that would attempt moves that she couldn't do.
04:13So there would be a lot of mistakes in her matches.
04:17But eventually, she's come to a point where she doesn't mess up her moves at all anymore.
04:25You can see how much she trained and practiced and upped her level of wrestling, especially over the past two record years.
04:33Yeah, she's definitely not afraid of failure because she knows that if she continues to work on it and perfect it,
04:39that it'll be absolutely destructive.
04:43And she's been proving that over and over.
04:46You notice that with this match, even though she's Uta's opponent, she's using it as an example for teaching Uta,
04:53trying to get her to follow suit, attempt more technical moves.
05:00What she's done with Yuki Kamifuku through the matches,
05:05is, you know, it's rare that Yuki Kamifuku would cut someone out there, coach out there, mentor.
05:13But Choco, shortest member of the roster, you know, being a really good coach for Kamifu,
05:18even despite the difference in their size and wrestling style.
05:23Size has nothing to do with it.
05:24She's a fantastic teacher.
05:26She can use anything as a teaching moment, win or fail.
05:34And she's not afraid to put her own body on the line to test you.
05:38Also amazing about Choco is that despite all of that, you know,
05:46you rarely see her get sidelined with injury, wrestling all these tough matches.
05:53Despite her height, she is incredibly muscular as well.
05:57Right now, she's putting on a clinic.
06:02She's been wrestling with one arm for the last minute or so.
06:08Do you think she'll keep it up for the whole match or Uta will get on her back foot?
06:13I have enough belief in Uta that she's going to force...
06:18Oh!
06:20Choco to release that right arm.
06:24Even still.
06:27It takes a lot of skill and power to wrestle with one arm.
06:42It's got Uta locked up in a paradise rock.
06:46It's a new meaning to wiping the floor with someone.
06:50One now.
06:51Oh!
06:55Can't get out, but Kam, roll around.
06:57A cat playing with a bowl of yon.
07:18There we go.
07:19I'm going to do it!
07:33Uta's got technique.
07:34She's got explosive energy.
07:38She can jump off the ropes, too, like, very well.
07:40She's got the aerial athleticism.
07:42Yeah, and the stamina to keep it up for a long match.
07:51Like even five minutes into the match now, check Uta's breathing, it's still fairly controlled.
08:00No big surprise that she made it already to the finals of the next-gen tournament.
08:06So this is what you're going to have to face if you win tomorrow.
08:09Absolutely.
08:10She's able to become a tournament winner.
08:15It sucks losing a match, but I have to give it to her.
08:22She did very, very well for herself.
08:26I'm excited to see what else I can bring out of her in the finals.
08:35Surfboard stretch.
08:37Oh, Uta, turns around.
08:41Only for every moment.
08:43Flips right into a cravat.
08:44Back elbow from Shoko.
08:46That's what I was talking about, jumping off those ropes.
08:48No hands.
08:49Oh.
08:50Oh.
08:51Oh.
08:52Oh.
08:53Oh.
08:54Oh.
08:55Oh.
08:56Oh.
08:57Oh.
08:58Oh.
08:59Oh.
09:00Oh.
09:01Oh.
09:02Oh.
09:03Oh.
09:04Oh.
09:05Oh.
09:06Oh.
09:07Oh.
09:08Oh.
09:09Oh.
09:10Oh.
09:11Oh.
09:12Oh.
09:13Oh.
09:14Oh.
09:15Oh.
09:16Oh.
09:17Wow! Wow!
09:21Look at that smile to this guy after moving.
09:25There we go!
09:27Step up drop kick.
09:33There's really no damage on this kid.
09:37Shoko just sends
09:39Uta flying.
09:41Flying through the ropes.
09:43But that look on Shoko says
09:45taking Uta too lightly.
09:49Uta's definitely caught Shoko by surprise
09:51there.
10:13Drives Uta.
10:15Straight into the metal.
10:23He won't let this get to her.
10:25For those of you just like, just tuning in.
10:27Might seem like
10:29a three year old
10:31is getting beaten up but
10:33do not worry she is a legal
10:35adult in Japan. She's turned 18.
10:37Graduated from high school.
10:39That was earlier in the show.
10:41Our resident three year old getting destroyed.
10:43Yes.
10:49Body scissors from Shoko.
10:51Straight to the same point where she just took a hit.
10:53textbook example of working a body part.
10:57Oh, here we go.
10:59Uta.
11:01Going for the ankle.
11:03Oh, here we go.
11:04Uta.
11:05Going for the ankle.
11:06Hustles out.
11:07And!
11:08Oh!
11:09Found distance into an ankle hold.
11:11the headlock.
11:12The Shoko seeing the opening.
11:17Back into a headlock.
11:19Takes that wide open chin into a headlock.
11:21Koala Clutch!
11:31Body, Scissors, Koala Clutch, calls it the Koala Clutch!
11:36Choco rolls through!
11:44Looks like Utero has...
11:46She doesn't just get out of a move, she always has a counter-attack.
11:53She's prepared for anything.
11:56Takes a lot of skill and practice to be able to get out of all the moves.
12:03Not just get out, but with a counter.
12:13Modified Camo Clutch!
12:14Rolls out of it.
12:15Rolls out.
12:17Is that a monkey clip?
12:18Shoko flips her out.
12:20Hand to a leg.
12:21Oh!
12:24Beautiful technique from Shoko Nakajima.
12:29But wow, did Uta Takami impress in this match!
12:33Absolutely fantastic.
12:34Absolutely fantastic!
12:35Applause!
12:36Applause!
12:37Applause!
12:38Applause!
12:39Applause!
