00:00I got dropped from the Queensland team just before COVID so 2020 and I think it was always

00:06like trying to be around it like the first first half of Christmas was always trying to get picked

00:11at the test team and then the second half was like I almost just sort of could breathe again

00:15once you sort of realise that it might not happen again I think you talk to people who I'm really

00:22close with Uzi he sort of thought his test journey was over and look at him now he's trying to talk

00:28to him about how he's gone about it it's just amazing um but you sort of I think it's almost

00:34like once you let go of that one side play for Australia I can that's my what I need to do

00:40whereas I've had over two kids now they're they're a huge part of my life if I get everything else in

00:46order the cricket will just take care of itself and sort of talking talking about the chimp on my

00:51shoulder like 12 year old Matt I try and talk and talk to him a lot so if I told 12 year old Matt

00:57that I was in a room full of 30 journalists who wouldn't believe you so it's like I think it's
