00:00I thought the way they went about it was fantastic.

00:02Nothing to do with style, but the mentality.

00:05I was saying about the players, the connection they have with each other as a group.

00:08As a manager, if the culture and environment are right, that's a big step forward.

00:13I don't think it's far wrong.

00:15My point is, there's a glue that holds these lads together and you can feel it.

00:20And now if we can just play our part in maybe just shifting it and sort of shaking it into our liking

00:25and they respond, then we've got a good mixture.

00:27I feel like a massive strength of this football club is getting that connection between the fans, the players and the manager.

00:35And let's be honest, the last few weeks we haven't had a good feeling around here.

00:41The city ground hasn't been as lively and the new manager, his coaching staff, especially Stephen, me and Ian,

00:51they've come in and they've brought that new sense of life, that energy and we'll see what happens.

00:57And yeah, we're really looking forward to it.
