00:04all age groups, right? All age groups and definitely once you touch 30s or 40s because
00:12sarcopenia or the muscle loss is a problem which hits you at this age bracket. So you would have
00:18seen a lot of our older generation people keep sitting all the day and you know their movement
00:23is restricted, they cannot walk because of this problem essentially and they've never done those
00:29workouts. So what we essentially need is proper strength training under licensed instructor so
00:36that your muscles are stronger and they grow stronger as you age and along with your cardio
00:43training and strength training. Third and very important factor is your flexibility or the
00:50mobility routine. So it could be done through pilates or it could be done through yoga as well
00:55but make these three essential pillars as a part of your workout plan. But this is the workout.
01:02What about work in? You have to do mindfulness or meditation or deep breathing or any form of
