00:30Speaking at an international conference, Zhou Cui-Tzen also said that relations between the U.S., Taiwan and China are now at their most complex and critical since World War II.
00:41He referred to an expected meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, where Trump has said that Taiwan may be discussed.
00:49Zhou also said Taiwan will be watching China's fourth plenum, where Communist Party leaders will discuss the country's next five-year economic plan.
