00:00Meditation. Why we need it more than ever. 23 October meditation practice. 10 to 15 minutes. Settle and ground. 2 minutes. Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
00:13Take 3 slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Visualize roots growing from your feet into the earth, grounding you. Focus on the mantra. 5 to 7 minutes.
00:27Silently repeat, I embrace change with grace. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the words. Feel each word resonate through your chest and mind.
00:44Visualization. 3 to 5 minutes. Imagine a door in front of you representing today's opportunities and choices.
00:53See yourself confidently stepping through, leaving any fear or doubt behind. Visualize a bright light guiding your path forward.
01:02Closing. 1-2 minutes. Take 3 more deep breaths. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, opening your eyes.
01:10Set the intention to carry calm, clarity and openness throughout the day.
01:17Meditation practice. 24 October. Duration. 10 to 15 minutes. Find a quiet space.
01:27Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Feet grounded and hands resting on your knees.
01:33Breathing. Inhale deeply for 4 counts. Hold for 2. Exhale for 6.
01:39Repeat for 2 to 3 minutes to calm the mind and center yourself.
01:44Visualization. Imagine a soft golden light surrounding your heart, spreading warmth through your body.
01:54With every inhale, feel balance and calm. With every exhale, release tension and overthinking.
02:03Affirmation. Integration. Silently or aloud, repeat your mantra. Let each word resonate.
02:11Imagining it, creating harmony in your relationships, work and personal life.
02:18Closing. Take 3 deep breaths. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
02:25Carrying the sense of balance and clarity into your day.
