00:00I found it on an old, forgotten map, a town called Oak Haven, nestled deep in a valley

00:05no highway ever touched. Curiosity got the better of me. I packed a small bag and drove,

00:12following a dirt road that seemed to disappear behind me as I went.

00:16I arrived just as the church bell began to toll noon. The town was pristine,

00:23lawns were mowed, mail sat in boxes, a child's bicycle lay on its side. But there was no one,

00:30not a soul, just a chilling, absolute silence broken only by the bell.

00:36When the twelfth chime faded, a strange shimmer distorted the air, like heat haze on a summer

00:42road. Then everything, the houses, the church, the very ground beneath them, began to dissolve

00:49into the bright midday light. I slammed my car into reverse, heart pounding, as Oak Haven simply

00:57vanished. I'm the only one who knows it was ever there. Sometimes at noon I can still hear a distant

01:04bell tolling.
