00:03Is Justin Fields for the Jets versus Carolina, or is it Jackson Dart?

00:09Yeah, this one is tricky, too, because it's a really tough matchup for Jackson Dart against the Denver Broncos.
00:14Broncos' defense has been absolutely spectacular.
00:16You saw what they did last week to Justin Fields, and then we have Justin Fields on the other side.
00:21We saw what Justin Fields looked like.
00:22So that is the challenge here in this one.
00:25Now, the good news is the Carolina Panthers defensively still are lacking a little bit.
00:28They're improved.
00:29They're still not great.
00:30They're still going to probably give up 20-something points in this game.
00:33You don't like Garrett Wilson being out, but I think if you're the Jets right now, and again,
00:37you just get the ball with Justin Fields' hands.
00:39Get him out there moving in space a little bit.
00:42And these are the kind of scenarios, too, we've seen often in Fields' career where he has an awful game
00:46and then people get off of it, and next thing you know, he has a huge game.
00:49So I would favor Justin Fields at home with a cushier matchup than taking the rookie QB, Jackson Dart,
00:55who also has rushing equity.
00:57Don't get me wrong.
00:57I get that.
00:59But against the Denver Broncos, that's a tough sell.
01:01Look, we saw when Jackson Dart went on the road to New Orleans.
01:04It was kind of rough there.
01:05That's nothing.
01:06The environment of mile high, the altitude, the defense, all the things you have to overcome.
01:11It's a lot, even for Jackson Dart, who's super fun.
01:14And I know last week was as bad as it gets with Justin Fields, but I would still favor Fields here in this matchup.
01:19Just a better matchup and at home with something to prove.
01:22I'll take Fields here in this one, but it is pretty close.

01:26Now let's continue the conversation that we were having about the Buccaneers receiving issues.
01:31We'll talk Tez Johnson, wide receiver 43.
01:34That game's Monday at Detroit.
01:36Or is it options for Justin Fields with Wilson being down?
01:39And you were talking up Mason Taylor, tight end 16 for the Jets.

01:43Johnson or Taylor, go.
01:44Yeah, it's funny, Matt, because one of the, I think, under-discussed issues this year with the fantasy season is these doubleheaders on Monday night.
01:52Because when you have players that are injured, you have to make these decisions, right?
01:56Like, do I want to play this guy?
01:57Do I want to wait to find out if he's starting?
01:59He's a game-time decision.
02:00It's really tough.
02:01It's hard when it's one Monday night game.
02:03Now it's two.
02:04So we're putting a lot more players into this mix, potentially.
02:06And it's been very frustrating for a lot of folks.
02:09Now, again, if Igbuka was out, Tez Johnson, I think, is an interesting streamer.
02:13He's got big playability, Baker Mayfield, in that building that always goes in the over, the core's field, forward field is, of the NFL.
02:21I mean, you're just looking for overs all day long, especially when you have another good offense come to town.
02:25But I'm going to lead Mason Taylor here for the floor.
02:27Mason Taylor has become the number two target here in this offense.
02:30I know it was terrible last week.
02:32I get it.
02:33We all saw it.
02:33It was all gross.
02:34It was terrible.
02:35But at the same time, I think I look at Mason Taylor as a guy that wants to get double-digit targets.
02:39I want to play that.
02:40He has touchdown equity.
02:41Carolina Panthers improved, still not great.
02:45So, for me, Taylor is the better flex.
02:46And I don't always like to flex a tight end.
02:48You know that.
02:48Like, that's not always the path to victory.
02:51Unless, of course, we're flexing Pittsburgh Steelers tight ends against the Bengals.
02:54Make a note of that, everybody.
02:56Going into that game, the Bengals already gave up the most fantasy points to tight ends.
03:01After Thursday, I don't know if anyone's going to catch them.
03:03It was just absolutely crazy.
03:05Just cashing everywhere on Jonu Smith and Pat Fryerbooth touchdowns.
03:09And that was not hard to do.
03:10Update in the game so far, scoreless.
03:12The Jacksonville Jaguars get nothing done on that first drive.
03:15The Rams have the football right now.
03:16They just made a first down here.
03:18So, again, we expect to see a lot more of, potentially, guys like Jordan Whittington today.
03:24Maybe more Tyler Higbee today.
03:25So, we'll keep an eye on that for you.
03:27Matt, I know in the early going here, we're also looking at potential Kyron Williams touchdown props.
03:32I think that is a good one to look at.
