Horford 'happy' to be done with preseason

Al Horford admits that he's delighted to finish preseason, as he looks forward to his first year with the GSW.

00:04the regular season? Happy. Happy that we're done with that part and we can

00:12we can get ready to start. You said you're happy that it's over. Now you got

00:18to look forward to the season obviously. When you look at this 82 game season how

00:23do you sort of play out how to manage your body and just stay in condition

00:26for what you need to do and be out there as much as you can? Yeah no question.

00:30I feel like the the performing staff here the medical group does a really good

00:35job with that. As soon as I got here they've they've been you know helping me

00:40to to put me in the best position to to be ready to perform and for me it's

00:45really just staying consistent with that and with that plan and understanding

00:49that you know we play very different here. The game is faster and there's

00:57different challenges so for me it's just just really making sure that I'm doing

01:03everything I can to to to stay healthy and ready to play.
