00:00Hey, Joanne Butler here. You know the weeks leading up to and during the holidays are just
00:09so stressful so you just want to get easy meals on the table that make everyone happy. I love
00:15the Little Potato Company. They're always my go-to. They're so delicious and so so easy to
00:21prepare. You can make a ton of great side dishes with them so you can just bring a little holiday
00:25happiness to regular family mealtimes. They have a whole line of ready-to-cook bagged family-friendly
00:32little potatoes and microwave-ready little potato kits. They come pre-washed, don't need to be peeled
00:38and they're small enough that they don't need to be cut and they cook in as little as five minutes.
00:44The microwave-ready kits come with these delicious seasoning packs like this one with roasted garlic,
00:50rosemary, and thyme. My family just loves them and these are sustainably grown on family farms so
00:57you're getting fresh whole food packed full of nutrients that you can actually feel good about
01:02serving. That's what's so great. Here we made these amazing cheesy baked little potatoes. You just
01:09preheat the oven, you pierce the potatoes, microwave them for seven minutes, cut them in half in a
01:15parchment lined baked dish and then in a small bowl just mix cheese, cream, garlic powder, thyme, salt
01:21and pepper. Pour it over the potatoes, bake them for about 10 minutes, then you broil them for about
01:26three to five minutes and you get this crispy on the outside, tender on the inside deliciousness.
01:33You can find Little Potatoes right in the produce section. Visit their website,
