00:071. Settle in. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take three deep cleansing breaths.
00:162. Body awareness. Scan your body from head to toe, releasing tension with each exhale.
00:263. Visualization. Imagine a radiant golden light at your core, representing your inner strength and purpose.
00:384. Focus on breath. Inhale deeply, drawing energy from this light. Exhale, releasing doubts or distractions.
00:515. Mantra. Integration. Silently repeat the mantra.
01:02I am aligned with my inner strength and purpose.
01:056. Closing. After the meditation, gently open your eyes and carry a sense of clarity and grounded confidence into your day.
01:176. Meditation practice. 10-15 minutes.
01:2211 October 1st. Find your space. Sit comfortably in a quiet spot. Keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes.
01:357. Breath awareness. 2-3 minute. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts. Hold for 2 counts.
01:448. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts. Repeat. Feeling your body settle with each breath.
01:529. Mantra integration. I-7 min. Silently or softly repeat. I embrace my inner wisdom and act with clarity.
02:039. Courage and compassion. Visualize a soft golden light at your forehead.
02:0910. Third eye. Expanding warmth and clarity throughout your mind and heart.
02:1610. Reflection. 2-3 minutes. Ask yourself, where in my life can I act with more insight and compassion today?
02:2611. Simply observe any thoughts that arise without judgment.
02:2911. Closure. Take 3 deep, grounding breaths. Gently open your eyes, carrying the calm clarity into your day.
