00:30Their major project in 2024 was the P964.8 million phase 3 of the Tacloban Airport terminal in the hometown of Leyte 1st District Representative Martin Romualdez, the president's cousin and former speaker who has become Cheese Escudero's foe.

00:50Octagon Concrete Solutions is partly owned by Joseph John Quirante, the husband of Sorcegon 1st District Representative Det Escudero, the younger sister of Senator Cheese Escudero.
