00:24Ang nasabing September rate ay mararamdaman sa October billing ng kuryente.

00:30Mahigit 1% ang ibinaba niyan.

00:33Ang transmission ay ang daloy ng kuryente mula sa power generator patungo sa maliliit na electrical substation

00:39kung saan ito pinaproseso para may hatid sa mga distribution utility o electric cooperative
