00:41And I would like to just mention few words here that in Tata Hitachi we are 60 years old

00:46in this country, rarely we see this kind of infrastructure being developed by any other

00:52dealer.

00:53So compliments to you, thank you very much.

00:58It is not a hard structure what is being created here, there is a passion, there is

01:02a commitment, there is a reason behind this facility.

01:06This facility is firstly, as I mentioned, is dedicated to the employees of STL agency.

01:13They are the one who are the key stakeholders of this dealership because they are the one

01:19who are going to serve the customers.

01:21So this is dedicated to first employees and then the customers, customers of Tata Hitachi.

01:27The kind of confidence which has been reposed by Tata Hitachi customers over the last 60

01:33years is really immense.

01:35We hold more than 1500 excavator machine park here.

01:39And that is the reason that we are creating this kind of facility to support our customers

01:46customers.

01:47Because our machines run for 20 hours a day, some of our machines in granite section work

01:52for 23 hours a day.

01:54It is a duty to provide service, train technician, availability of spare parts, infrastructure at all

02:01the locations.

02:02So therefore, it is a commitment to our dealership, our customers and our employees that Tata Hitachi

02:09will always be in the forefront to support our customers.

02:13That is one.

02:14The second is Tata Hitachi is one of the oldest construction equipment company in India.

02:23This was opened by Tata Motors way back in 1961.

02:29And then they joined hands with Hitachi construction machinery about 40 years back.

02:34The Hitachi construction machinery is one of the largest construction machinery equipment

02:39manufactured in the world.

02:41In India, whenever we introduce any equipment, we first localize, we localize the equipment

02:48of international quality and we improve the skill level of our people to produce that

02:53machine in India.

02:54So we have two very big factories in India.

02:57One is in Kharagpur, the other one is in Dharwar and both the facilities are producing machine

03:03from 2 tonne to 120 tonne excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders.

03:09That is the main strength of Tata Hitachi.

03:11We have four parts warehouses across the country, trained technicians, 55 dealerships, 350 touch

03:18point where we provide sales and service support.

03:21So that is the kind of strength we bring in for our customers.
