01:08Every other country in NATO raised up to 5%.

01:12And Spain is doing very well off our backs.

01:17So I'm not happy with Spain.

01:20Spain gets protection.

01:22And they know, you know, look, they're sort of in the semi-middle of it.

01:25So they're going to get protected.

01:27Automatically, even if you don't want to protect them, you're protecting them because of the way they're located.

01:32And I think what Spain did is a very bad thing for NATO.

01:35I think it's very unfair to NATO.

01:39It wouldn't matter if you said you're not going to protect them because they're pretty much protected.

01:43You know, what are you going to do?

01:44Go through the other countries and let's go attack Spain, right?

01:46So I think what they did is not nice.

01:52I think it's very disrespectful to NATO.

01:55In fact, I was thinking about giving them trade punishment through tariffs because of what they did.
