02:16He is looking for regulator genes that instruct other genes to produce insulin.
02:22When he finds them, he will transplant them into cells from diabetic patients in order to make these cells produce insulin.
02:29Dr. Rutter may very well have a novel approach to curing diabetes.
02:33Research is an A1 priority in the March of Dimes fight against birth defects.
