The Houston Rockets will hope to bolster their NBA title chances with the addition of veteran Kevin Durant.

00:00It's an honor for me and they entrusted me to obviously be in this role and we've done some

00:21good things and so credit goes to the players. They continue to allow us to coach them and push

00:25them but our expectations are to get to a certain point and I think the first two years of

00:29kind of showed where we want to get to and I was rewarded for that.

00:50I do see myself signing a contract extension. I can't tell you exactly when that will happen

00:56but I do see it happening. And just seeing the quick progression of this franchise from where it was

01:07right after that James Harden, Chris Paul era, you know, seeing when Enid got here and how he turned

01:14around so fast. When we looked at it, there's just not many people in the history of the NBA who have the

01:22capacity to do what Kevin's done consistently throughout his career and so I just, you know, we just felt like that.

01:31We just felt like that. That was just, it became an opportunity we couldn't pass up.

01:38I wanted to look at it. We want to say the biggest, it's got a huge influence to actually have a huge value for it.
