00:01:24This is going to be a tremendous night on our road to WrestleMania 14,

00:01:30which is only 12 days away.

00:01:34This time is the world's most dangerous man, Ken Shamrock.

00:01:43Ken Shamrock on his way to WrestleMania to meet The Rock for the Intercontinental title.

00:01:49Hello again, everybody, I'm Jim Ross alongside Michael Cole here at Reekstein.

00:01:54And what an ovation for the world's most dangerous man.

00:01:58Ken, as of late, you certainly have had your problems with the Nation of Domination.

00:02:05But despite the odds you've been able to hold your own on a number of occasions, just like we saw last week.

00:02:12And if we can, let's take a look back right now at your interaction with the Nation of Domination, particularly The Rock.

00:02:19And as we'll see, it was a four-on-one situation.

00:02:23You were being manhandled until The Rock decided to pull the troops off.

00:02:27He said, I want Shamrock for myself.

00:02:29Now, Farouk acquiesced and said, fine.

00:02:51we left the rock last week he was in the throes of the anchor lock submission and farouk held

00:02:56the troops back certainly ken shamrock you've proven time and time again that you can defeat

00:03:02the rock one-on-one but a question that's always come up is about your temper how much self-control

00:03:11how much i think that says it all don't you certainly does but ken how much self-control

00:03:22will you be able to display will you be able to keep your your temper in check with the

00:03:28intercontinental title on the line at wrestlemania 14. well kevin kelly

00:03:35i've fought no holds ball competitions all over the world and when it comes

00:03:43to losing my temper there's one thing that i pride myself on and that's discipline

00:04:54well there is the intercontinental champion the rock has decided to join us here

00:05:08and you can feel the tension folks 12 days from wrestlemania

00:05:13well listen to this sold out crowd in america west arena let the rock have it

00:05:50well the fact of the matter is this kenny is you couldn't last two minutes with any member of the

00:06:18if you can last just two minutes with any member of the nation then the rock will give you a shot

00:06:37what d-low brown know your role and go down there and get the job done i don't think d-low's too

00:07:43before shamrock could even get out of the blocks here's d-low brown now working on ken shamrock the rock

00:07:49slowly walking down the ramp toward the ring listen to this crowd feel the electricity

00:08:02a minute 17 and counting you can see the clock on your screen and here comes the world's most

00:08:14and with just over a minute to go it doesn't look good for shamrock and there's the rock in ringside a

00:08:20little bit of a coaching i guess and here's d-low uh-oh shanrock looks

00:08:26that's the right hand shamrock now 50 seconds and counting d-low with d-low big elbow

00:08:33shamrock has regained control

00:08:37shamrock again what a kick d-low's in trouble

00:09:52baruch has just taken that chair away from the rock and looked as if the rock was gonna strike

00:09:58shamrock again with a steel chair and for instance stepped in and basically said enough is enough

00:10:09at least for it showing an ounce of compassion here

00:10:17and there's the rock taking pride in that

00:10:19that was heinous the rock trying to end shamrock's career at the very least trying to put him out

00:10:41by the rock well the chair shot by the rock as shamrock was about to win the match but

00:10:46look at shamrock now right here shamrock says hit me again with your best shot

00:10:51and you can hear the best shot found this mark on ken shamrock and shamrock a little bit later

00:10:56tried to get to his feet and shamrock bleeding his equilibrium is absolutely destroyed after that

00:11:03that vile chair shot right in the face let's take you back now to the locker room area kevin kelly

00:11:09standing by with an update on a ken shamrock's condition well the preliminary word is gentlemen

00:11:13that ken shamrock has suffered a concussion the emts have told me that to what extent

00:11:18we do not know at this time

00:11:22obviously obviously he does not want to go to the hospital the emts are trying to persuade him

00:11:27to do so gentlemen we'll follow this story from the backstage area

00:18:33anything you want to add i worked with a guy just like you one time but in any event

00:18:42tom brandy and double j great opportunity for brandy against a superstar like double j

00:18:50swinging neck breaker by double j now and look at this taking advantage of tom brandy and there is the

00:18:56strut from the self-proclaimed world's greatest entertainer singer and wrestler

00:19:04brandy whipped into the ropes now double j misses with the right hand here's brandy what an elbow

00:19:16rope leapfrog look out wow brandy with a neck breaker on the second generation star from

00:19:22hendersonville tennessee jared is a tremendous athlete one of the finest pure athletes in the

00:19:28wwf but it's being challenged now by this big italian tom brandy jared a second generation star and

00:19:37there's two kick out tremendous roll up there by brandy brandy's got everything to gain and nothing to

00:19:43lose and lose as the old cliche goes and our friend the gorilla here is getting a little worked up for

00:19:49this thing gorilla enjoying himself tonight double j now going to work on brandy who's hung up in the

00:19:55second row too much potassium cut back on those bananas will you double j setting him up look out he's

00:20:03going for the figure four leg lock if he hooks it in here it could be all there's a figure four jared

00:30:11stone cold steve austin and mike tyson yes he's a member of dx and tyson will be the enforcer at ringside

00:30:1912 days away from wrestlemania 14 but folks plenty more still to come tonight on raw a tag team

00:30:26handicap match three men versus two and jim cornett will be wrestling and ladies and gentlemen later

00:30:32tonight the owner of the wwf vince mcmahon will react to statements made just like this

00:30:38give me your best shot right there now go ahead hit me i'm not looking blindside me show some guts you

00:30:47yellow bastard hit me do something welcome back to wwf raw we're at the america west arena in phoenix

00:30:57and they just see him the mascot of the phoenix sun's basketball team the gorilla revving up this capacity

00:31:03crowd what a night it's been the nba contingent phoenix sun's playing right here in this arena

00:31:10and uh we are ready now for our three on two handicap matchup

00:31:15this past weekend on wws superstars it was a match up between the headbangers and the rock and roll

00:31:37express in the nwa tag titles a moss of the headbangers was knocked down with a chair but the

00:31:43stipulation stated if the headbangers uh won the match cornett had to spend five minutes with one of

00:31:50the headbangers and then cornet take advantage remember moss was knocked absolutely unconscious

00:31:56when cornet entered the ring and as a result of that humiliation the headbangers have demanded a match

00:32:04with cornet in the ring it'll be three men the rock and roll express and cornet versus thrasher and

00:32:10the headbangers what a reaction for the headbangers and jr you mentioned the headbangers demanded this match

00:32:30commissioner slaughter ordered this match up tonight however locker room sources are saying that cornet's

00:32:36He's been confident all day long.

00:32:38In fact, he even gave NWA member Barry Windham a night off.

00:32:41This is supposed to be a handicap match, right?

00:32:44I think you two are the ones with a handicap cuz you're stuck with him,

00:32:47Jim Cornette.

00:33:58Roll Express a few weeks ago, much of the chagrin of Mr. Cornette.

00:34:02And here's Mosh now off the side, headlock whipped into the ropes.

00:34:07The referee was distracted by Cornette on the apron, and

00:34:09the Rock and Roll Express took advantage.

00:34:11And here comes Robert Gibson.

01:06:20After a couple of months of that, I said, basically, it sucks.

01:06:23It's not me.

01:06:24And there's no personality.

01:06:25And I can't be myself.

01:06:27So I came up with the Stone Cold thing.

01:06:29Come on, Steve.

01:06:30Say what you really mean.

01:06:31Austin 316 says I just whipped your ass.

01:06:35It's something I said.

01:06:43It's something that's caught on.

01:06:44And basically, it's just the way I live.

01:06:46You know, Shawn Michaels goes out there and all the sparkles and everything he does.

01:06:49And I think what he does is fantastic.

01:06:51It fits him.

01:06:52But it doesn't fit me.

01:06:53And, you know, a few years ago, I had this conversation with a promoter down south.

01:07:03And there's not a whole lot we can do to market that.

01:07:06And if we can't find something for you to do, you need to either talk to someone else about finding a new job.

01:07:18But Stone Cold Steve Austin has been a constant headache to WWF executives.

01:07:22A blatant disregard for corporate authority has been directed squarely at the chairman.
