00:00We did a documentary about four years ago, right after the pandemic, called Fight the Power, How Hip-Hop Changed the World.
00:08So, I'm ready for questions about rap, race, reality, and technology.
00:14And it's going to be a lot of fun, delivering sight, sound, story, and style.
00:19And coming to Leeds and to show people how culture kind of intersects with society and galvanize it, especially from a hip-hop perspective.
00:28So, I look forward to it.
00:30And tell me a little bit, Leeds, your experience of the city, what's it been like over the years?
00:37Close to Manchester, has an identity of its own.
00:41Played here, you know, a few times, Leeds Festival.
00:47And what's alarming sometimes in a good way about the UK is that you can have cities that are really close,
00:55but they're so different, like here, Manchester, Sheffield, you know, they all have their identities.
01:01In the United States, it used to be like that, but technology has kind of made a lot of places more similar than different.
01:07But for places that are so close, it's like, whoa, okay, that's the difference.
01:14And they kind of like work their way to that difference, too.
