00:00I'm moving from the UK to Portugal and I'm leaving perfection behind.

00:04As I prepare to move to Portugal as a chronic burnout girlie,

00:08I've been reflecting on the pressures that we can sometimes put in ourselves.

00:11I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel like we've got to have it all figured out

00:15and eat perfectly and be in perfect shape and juggle everything at once.

00:19Lately, I've been learning Portuguese, working full-time,

00:23trying to keep in shape and keep up with beauty standards,

00:26and that pressure all comes from me.

00:27But life isn't meant to be perfect.

00:30It's meant to be live, to learn, to love and to grow.

00:33And when things don't go as planned, you can start again.
