00:01I don't think the clocks going back would change anything.
00:06Everyone's got to do it, especially school children as well,
00:08when you wake up and go get on the bus and it's pitch dark outside and it's freezing.
00:13I feel like it's just that winter time.
00:15It's always been there and I think, yes, in the winter you feel it because it's dark,
00:20but in the summer, hey, we've got those long evenings that when you get a good summer,
00:24you really make the most of them. So I wouldn't change it personally.
00:27A lot of the time, the clocks won't matter. Our body will react to the light around us.
00:33That's what will release the hormones in our body.
00:36There are social cues that can help wake us up and then there's external cues as well.
00:42You have your body that will wake you up and then you have everything around you that does as well.
00:45I think it's just a telltale for people like winter's year for a few months
00:49and roll on the end of January when it gets like the nights and then hit March
00:53and then they go forward again, really.
00:55But yeah, yeah, it's winter time.
