What makes you happiest at this time of year—and does the extra daylight help?

00:00Blue skies. Sun is peeping through the curtains in the morning. It is brilliant.

00:07I was genuinely thinking about that as I come in. I've got a lovely picture of a friend of mine who's going for a stroll in a forest.

00:13I've taken a picture of the blue sky from the top of the St John's car park. It's not quite the same.

00:18Just the fact that it's summer. It's coming. Spring's coming. The flowers are growing.

00:22Time to get out and enjoy yourself in the countryside. Yeah. Go down the beach. Enjoy it.

00:27To actually feel the sun on your face. It's proven. It's good for you. The rays of the sun and the vitamins that you get from it.

00:37And we've got some great places to visit and go and experience. Yeah. We have some of the greatest foreshores on the continent. Yeah.

00:44And you think, well, Easter's around the corner and then there's Bank Holiday in, well, two Bank Holidays in May.

00:49And you start to think differently. Maybe plan for holidays.

00:52Roll on the summer. Don't mind if the spring is damp. Couple of days of these a week. That'll do me.
