00:21potentially incite sedition, including the online jokes he made about setting Batasang Pambansa

00:25on fire. Deputy Speaker and NUP Chairman Ronaldo Puno says the Ethics Committee tried to form a

00:31subcommittee to help Barzaga and his former partymates settle their dispute, but both parties

00:35refused, resulting in a full proceeding. The committee postponed any disciplinary action against Barzaga.
