00:00I'm very pleased that hostages who have been held captive for over two years now

00:04are finally being released back to be reunited with their families.

00:09The horror of being held by those Hamas terrorists for so long is difficult to imagine.

00:16And today I hope also will bring relief to the civilians in Gaza who have suffered as well.

00:21So I hope this is a day of joy for people whose lives have been so badly affected,

00:26but also the beginning of a path to a more lasting peace as well,

00:30which will include, I hope, the permanent removal of the Hamas terrorists.
